Ticketing/Wristband FAQ

All ticket holders will have their ticket scanned at the entrance to the events. 3 Day VIP and GA ticket holders will be given ONE wristband for the weekend. Do not take or cut this wristband off. Replacements will not be given.

As back up, we recommend taking a screenshot of your QR code for each ticket or printing it out.

Don’t worry if you can’t find your ticket in your email—all tickets will automatically be emailed to the purchaser 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

What is your re-entry policy?

Your wristband allows you into the event once. You cannot leave and re-enter.

Do not lose your wristband – these are not replaceable. Individuals not wearing a wristband will not be allowed entry, no exceptions. The plastic security lock on the wristband is a one-way lock. Do not play with this lock to tighten the band too much. No wristbands will be replaced.

Empty water bottles are ok, as we will have a refillable water station. We are also providing all guests with 1 reusable cup this year for beverages to help alleviate the use of plastic.
